With twenty years in recruitment, sixteen of them in hospitality, Michelle has spent her career joining businesses at the start and helping them grow, including four years at Operations Director level. She founded Zeta Thomas Collective on the belief that recruitment should be tailored, not templated, understanding the client properly, so the placement fits from day one. She takes the time to know a venue’s culture as well as its vacancy, because the right fit matters more than the fastest one.
Scott is the logistical brain behind Zeta Thomas Collective, turning ambitious ideas into precisely executed reality. With 11 years' experience building and running businesses, Scott brings a planner's instinct to every event, project and moving part the Collective takes on.
